One thing that I find interesting in this internet age is some of the videos out there. Is Youtube a pedestal of poetry and art for my generation? I think yes.
This first video sticks with me like the claws of a kitten on a good shirt. The guy goes through the most important images in his life.

You know what gets me the most? The image of the dog. Can’t you see the unconditional love and pride in its eyes?
The next video actually is in an online literary magazine, Wags Revue. The magazine (webmag) really pushes the boundaries of conventional literature. Definitely check out the poetry section– the metaphors are applicable to today’s society and there is a strange visual lip poem that I have not quite figured out. (If anyone has ideas– do tell)
It is like the next step to shaped poetry, (where the eyes and ears are both engaged in the poem).
