Sitting in my Indiana bedroom editing these photos of our apartment all decked out for Christmas, it’s pretty incredible to think about all of the things that happened in 2013. Sean got into medical school, so many travels, a bigger apartment, tons of projects, morning runs, and all in a city I love so much.
Christmas is that time where Adele and I let everything run free in the decor department and we revert back to the college days of covering everything in Christmas lights and colors. Feels so special and cozy this time of year. π
This year we only paid $10 for our tree and I brought back all of the tiny ornaments that I’d collected each year since I was a baby. Still don’t know how we found a tiny tree in NYC for $10…
Also bought some garland to make some rustic wreaths.
A little glass terrarium thing I made with my new glass scorer and soldering iron– more on that later.
Some wool mice ornaments I made based on these from Anthropologie. π
Hope everyone has had a wonderful December– and merry Christmas! <3 <3 <3 Read more: 2012 NYC Christmas Apartment
