Things have been a little quiet on the blog front over the weekend– for very good reason. π My boyfriend’s middle brother, Paul, got married in Montana on Saturday, just outside of Yellowstone. I visited Yellowstone for the first time last summer, and it is definitely one of my favorite places in the world. The air. The mountains. The land. The (never-ending, exhausting) adventure. π
This weekend was such a wonderful set of days full of dancing, drinking, hiking, exploring, photographing, and making new friends. I can’t help but to share a few photos from it. π PS–Paul and Kelsi, the newlyweds themselves, write a wonderful blog over here.

The rehearsal dinner at the entrance to Yellowstone.
The reception was at a cowboy ranch 5 miles up a mountain.
Rustic pies for dessert.
Mason jar glasses.
Favors were Yellowstone knickknacks like patches, stickers, etc. Guests could also send a postcard to anyone they wanted on pre-stamped postcards.
Dinner was brisket, deep-fried turkey, bacon-wrapped green beans, salad, and cheesy potatoes.
A ranch cat. π
This has been one of the most incredible summers of my life. π
I really love the photography and little DIY elements used in this wedding. Is there any chance I could feature it on my blog http://www.averycuriouswedding.com? Would , of course, link and credit. Thanks.
Seriously love the bear nosing on up to that cake while the moose watches. ("Hey. Hey, bear. Think you could hook me up with some of that cake?")
Hahahahah! π
Hello! π β₯β₯ Normally I would say, "Yes of course!" to people asking to blog something of mine, but I feel that I would need to ask the bride for permission for you to blog her wedding. I think she'll want to promote it on her own blog later– if you want to link back to her with her photos. π
Yes! I think you could feature it, no problem. : ) I would like to do a little something on my own blog regarding the wedding as well, but I may do it piece by piece and discuss various elements, just if you could just link to our blog, that would be great. Its http://www.lovesongfortheadventurousheart.wordpress.com. THANK YOU!!!
